Vaccine Data Co-Lab
Turning immunisation data into smarter planning and action.

Project Overview
The Vaccine Data Co-Lab project brings together data from multiple sources to help partners better understand immunisation gaps, identify missed communities, and support smarter vaccine allocation and microplanning.
The project uses data triangulation, geospatial analysis, dashboards, and evidence synthesis to make complex information easier to understand and use.
Key Objectives:
Improve data use for immunisation decision-making
Identify zero-dose children and missed communities
Support vaccine allocation and campaign planning
Build interactive dashboards for programme action
How we make change
Geospatial mapping
We use location-based analysis to identify patterns, gaps, and underserved areas.
Dashboard development
We create visual tools that help stakeholders understand data quickly and act with confidence.
Evidence-informed planning
We support partners to use insights for microplanning, resource allocation, and implementation.

CMS HARD FOUNDATION
Better data. Better decisions. Better health outcomes.
The Vaccine Data Co-Lab helps decision-makers see beyond numbers. By connecting data to real communities and service gaps, CMS HARD Foundation supports more targeted and effective immunisation planning.
